Partnership Agreement

Between

The U.S. Small Business Administration

And

The U.S. Department of Agriculture

PURPOSE: This Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) Advisory supersedes AGAR Advisory 71, dated November 29, 2004, and updates the Partnership Agreement (PA) between the Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Small Business Administration (SBA). The agreement helps to expedite the award of contracts pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15USC 644, as amended). It will also replace the previous PA issued during calendar year 2001.
